1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MMA WTF ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

MMA WTF is a machine learning platform that provides predictions for UFC fight outcomes. Our ensemble model is trained on over 8,000 historical UFC fights to generate fight predictions with confidence metrics.

Service Features

• Free Users: Can view archived/past event predictions and accuracy without creating an account
• Registered Users: Can predict individual fight outcomes
• Members and Above: Can create fight cards with multiple predictions
• Admins: Can manage models, upload new model versions, and manage the platform

3. User Accounts

Registration

To create an account, you must provide:

• A valid email address
• A display name
• A secure password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Account Sharing Prohibited

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by multiple people. This includes but is not limited to:

• Sharing login credentials with other users
• Allowing multiple people to use the same account
• Creating accounts on behalf of others
• Using a single subscription for multiple users or organizations

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Engage in abusive behavior toward other users or our staff
• Attempt to reverse engineer our prediction models or algorithms
• Share, redistribute, or resell prediction results, fight analytics, or any subscription content
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Systematically download, copy, or extract data from the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written authorization

Data Sharing Restrictions

Sharing of subscription content is prohibited. Predictions, fight cards, and analytical data provided through paid subscriptions are for your personal use only and may not be:

• Shared with non-subscribers or users without the appropriate subscription tier
• Published on external websites, forums, or social media platforms
• Redistributed through any means (screenshots, copies, derivatives, etc.)
• Used for commercial purposes or financial gain
• Automated or systematically extracted

Limited sharing for personal, non-commercial discussion is permitted (e.g., discussing a prediction with friends), but wholesale distribution of content is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MMA WTF and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Prediction Data

User predictions may be used to improve our machine learning models. We do not sell or share individual prediction data with third parties.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

7. Disclaimers

Prediction Accuracy

While our models are trained on extensive historical data, UFC fight outcomes involve inherent unpredictability. We do not guarantee the accuracy of our predictions and are not responsible for any decisions made based on our predictions.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMA WTF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace the Service at any time. If we make material changes that affect your use of the Service, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means.

Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans that provide enhanced features and prediction limits. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fees as described at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions maintain their price until renewal
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; no refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription plans with notice

Subscriptions are non-transferable and are for individual use only. Subscription benefits may not be shared with others.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MMA WTF operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service prior to the effective date of the changes.
